STEPS:

1. Goto www.opensea.io
2. After opening www.opensea.io, go to your profile icon and click “Create” at the top right corner. [PICTURE-2]
3. After clicking you be directed you to the NFT item creation page. This page will allow you to upload your NFT file, name it and add a description. [PICTURE-3]
4. When you finish filling the above fields, you’ll be able to customize your NFTs further. Customizing means you can place it in existing collection, add properties, levels, stats and even unlock-able content! [PICTURE-4]
5. Note that you can select which blockchain you wish to mint your NFT on.
6. Click "Create" Once you’re done with customizing your NFT. Congratulations you’ve just made your first NFT.

My take on this; NFTs are good for creators, artists, writers, photographers, etc. It enables them generate more revenue through royalties from their arts, music, contents and even albums, etc.
